Return Policy

 

All sales made by Ballistic Zero Research are final, and the company does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item(s) purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with the item(s). Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of delivery to return the item(s) to Ballistic Zero Research. However, if a defect in an optic is discovered by the customer, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

Ballistic Zero Research also charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the shipping cost for any final cancelled orders. The customer is responsible for knowing their state laws regarding firearms, accessories, and ammunition. The company also has shipping restrictions, and they will not ship to certain states or territories unless the customer has a valid license or permit. If the customer wishes to order any hazardous material, they must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

Finally, customers who cancel an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment may be refused future orders. Customers who need to send their FOID/FID cards or FFL should send them to mike@ballisticzero.com
